I always wish to have my diary to express all problems I faced during my daily work routine. In construction industry, I would say more than 50% of the problems are ad-hoc; pipe burst, water leakage, structure settlement, material shortage, material price hike, workers absent, exposure of existing undeground services, wall cracks, current short-circuit, air-con tripped, etc. And I experienced all of these at my current single jobsite! So, where have I got the time to really sit back, relax and write down my diary!
Luckily, my project is approaching towards its completion and I could now start to write something down regarding my project in my Builder's Diary. Before starting my diary, maybe it's best for me to racall some of the problems I encountered and solved during this project. First of all, cracks and honeycomb at existing building structure with exposed re-bar!
